Ponies and Ribbons and Scooters...oh my! "Hurry Up and Wait!" Horse Show life is a world within itself and we can't help but realize that we spend most of our time waiting around with our ponies feeding them carrots, before it's finally time to show!

Order Processing
All orders placed online Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 1PM EST will begin processing that day and ship within 4 business days. Pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 2PM EST will begin processing the next business day. and ship within 4 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM EST will begin processing the following business day (Monday), excluding holidays. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability and payment verification.
Cakes
Birthneigh Cake orders placed online Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 1PM EST will begin processing that day and ship within 4 business days
In-Store Pickup
Orders placed online within said hours using the In-Store pickup option, will be available to pick-up their order once they receive a "Ready for Pick-Up notification after the order has completed production. Orders will not be made available for pickup until you receive an email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not offer Saturday delivery. However, it is possible your order can arrive on a Saturday, depending on the carrier. Orders shipped to addresses that have a PO Box will ship out via USPS Priority Mail.
Tracking your order
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, which will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.
