HOLIDAY CUTOFF:  Orders must be placed before December 6th for a guaranteed before Christmas delivery. Orders placed after December 6th ARE NOT guaranteed to deliver before Christmas.

Cancellations: Store Credit only. We of not offer Refunds to original payment methods.

Lead Time: We recommend anticipating longer lead times than normal due to the increased volume during November & December. This cannot be altered  

Delivery: We CANNOT guarantee orders will arrive for a specific date, Horse Show, Birthday or event. Please see lead time above to plan accordingly.

Shipping: We love you very much, but we can't guarantee when the shipper will deliver your package once it leaves our bakery❤️
