Course Overview: Basic Cookie Decorating for Beginners
In this beginner-friendly cookie decorating course, you’ll learn all the essential techniques to create beautiful, professional-looking cookies for your pets with my personal guidance! Whether you’re decorating for fun or looking to improve your skills for a business, this class will guide you step-by-step through the basics. You’ll master:
- Icing Consistency: Learn how to understand royal icing consistencies for outlining, flooding, and detailing.
- Outlining and Flooding: Discover simple methods to create smooth, flawless cookie surfaces.
- Decorative Techniques: Explore fun designs and techniques like wet-on-wet patterns, dots, stripes, scraping and more!
- Finishing Touches: Add the perfect final touches with sprinkles, edible glitter, and simple piped details.
By the end of the course, you’ll have the confidence to decorate basic cookies for any occasion!
