SIGN-UP PERIOD: Orders must be placed from the 1st until the 30th of each month. (Ex: Sign up May 1st-30th to receive June SnakBox). Orders placed after the 30th will ship the following month. 
SHIPPING: SnakBox ships out on (or about) the 15th of each month.
ADDRESS: Please make sure your address is correct, we do not pay for redelivery.

NOTICE: We recommend ordering your SnakBox separately from other items on our website. If additional items are ordered, they will be shipped with your SnakBox. We do not pay for additional/separate deliveries.
