SIGN-UP PERIOD: When buying once or subscribing, the Sign Up period is from the 1st until the 30th/31st of each prior month. (Ex: Sign up May 1st-31st to receive June SnakBox). Orders placed after the 30th/31st will be scheduled for the following month. 
SHIPPING: SnakBox ships out on (or about) the 15th of each month.
ADDRESS: Please make sure your address is correct, we do not pay for redelivery.

HOW IT WORKS: Your subscription will automatically renew based on the "Subscribe & Save" selection you have chosen. At the end of your term, your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime via your account or by emailing us at snaks5thavenchew@gmail.com
